CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order you need to call us on +91-7672024838 or email us on help@herahealth.in within 1 hours of placing the Order.

We implemented this Policy, as we ship our products out on the same Working Day.

Once the Cancellation is Approved, the refund for Prepaid Orders will be processed within 3 Working Days and the amount would reflect in your account within 5-7 Working Days through the same payment mode by which you placed the Order.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for any product apart from Fault, Wrong or Missing. If there is any such issue, you need to inform us by calling on +91-7672024838 or emailing us on help@herahealth.in within 24 hours of receiving and accepting the Order.

We implemented this Policy, as we are a Health Company, and we cannot risk accepting Products that have left our Office, in case they have been tampered by a 3rd Party.

We believe in Customer Satisfaction and your case will be looked at by our Customer Service Team. Once the Return is Approved, we will send you a replacement within 3-5 Working Days.

What about the original Product?

If your Return Request is accepted then we will want you to send back the original products so that we can investigate the matter and learn from it to improve our Products and Services.

You should then pack the products in the same way and material in which you accepted It. Then you should notify our Customer Service Team by calling us on +91-7672024838 or emailing us on help@herahealth.in. Our Team will then arrange a pickup using our delivery partners at our Cost.

Refund Policy

We only offer refunds to those orders which have been cancelled within 1 hours of placing the Order.
